We are partnering with a premier, facility on the North Shore to recruit experienced Registered Nurses - Scrub/Scouts with Ophthalmology or ENT experience to join their high-performing theatre team on a Full-Time basis.

The Role:

As a dedicated Registered Nurses - Scrub/Scout professional, you will be an integral part of a smooth-running theatre department. Your day-to-day will involve delivering exceptional, safe, and patient-centred perioperative care. Whether scrubbing or scouting, you will bring sharp attention to detail, collaborate effortlessly with surgeons and the wider healthcare team, and actively contribute to the facility's high quality-improvement standards.

What You Bring:

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Proven perioperative experience with a strong background working as a Registered Nurses - Scrub/Scout.
• Prior nursing experience within Ophthalmology or ENT specialties is essential
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build seamless interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• A flexible, team-first attitude with the ability to adapt to dynamic day-surgery schedules.
• Full, unrestricted working rights within Australia. (essential)
